Northern Effects was built by family.
We are siblings and a father whose lives were shaped by perseverance, responsibility, and a deep commitment to community. Cannabis has long been part of our Caribbean heritage, a plant understood for its healing properties, cultural significance, and role in bringing people together.
At a time when cannabis carried stigma and harsh penalties, our father’s life was impacted by its criminalization. That experience shaped our perspective and strengthened our belief that access, education, and fairness matter.
Today, we see it as both meaningful and restorative to introduce cannabis to our community the right way, through education, quality products, and trusted service.
